Led by the Congregational Care team, come learn or renew your practice of mindfulness meditation in a small group on the labyrinth. Mindfulness meditation is simply being aware and accepting in the present moment of your breath, emotions, physical sensations, and thoughts. This is known to improve mood and the experience of physical and mental health conditions over time.
This is THE event for rising 6th graders who want to get to know Youth Ministries! We will gather at the church for a quick orientation and then depart for a day of service with Charlotte Green. We’ll have lunch and then end the day at Frankie’s Fun Park for the annual Middle School Back-to-School Bash with our 7th & 8th graders. Cost is $40 and includes lunch, Frankie’s Fun Park, and transportation. Drop off and pick up at church.
It’s back-to-school time! We are collecting supplies for children at Hidden Valley Elementary School and Refugee Support Services. If you would like to contribute, please purchase from this Amazon Wishlist.
